Szechenyi Bath main entranceHelp Desk open Monday - Sunday 9 am - 6 pm (except at Christmas and Jan 01). Your ticket is valid until 10 pm for the requested date.

Help Desk at Szechenyi Spa operate between 9 am - 6 pm at the main entrance, opposite the Budapest Circus building. Please do not join the queues at the cashiers as they will redirect you to the Help Desk.
